Baby Girl Cupcakes

Here are the latest cupcakes I made for my friend Robin's baby shower to celebrate the arrival of her twin girls (hang in there Mommy!) I molded the baby buggies from white chocolate, as well as the pink pacifiers on the baby face cupcakes. I got to test out my new favorite way to do cupcakes...injected with cream filling! The baby faces are cookies & cream cupcakes with chocolate cream filling (the Mom-to-be's favorite!), and the pink cupcakes are fresh strawberry with strawberry cream filling, both topped with homemade buttercream frosting. They were a big hit with the ladies! And the pink strawberry cupcakes were extra festive for the pink-themed shower. Cream-filled cupcakes are $3.00 each

Sweet Baby Diaper Cake

Here's another diaper cake that I made for a friend who's expecting twin girls. I made it a "sweet" theme, complete with washcloth "cupcakes". The top layer is a blanket, and the two bottom layers are a complete jumbo pack of newborn diapers (40). The gift included 3 onesies, 2 jumpers, 6 washcloths, a blanket, 4 handmade hair clips, 2 pacifiers, baby wash and lotion.
