This towering cake was a chocolate chocolate chip cake on the bottom, a tower made from rice cereal treats, and a red velvet cake on top. Bottom tier was covered in chocolate buttercream and "grass" piped in green buttercream icing. Tower was covered in fondant with texture detail. The wood archway details and the princess were hand molded. Rapunzel was hand painted. Vines were piped in icing and mini fondant flowers added. Roof tiles were cut from purple fondant and added around a sugar ice cream cone to top the tower.
