Waterfront Dessert Buffet
This dessert buffet for a yacht building company featured mini cupcakes, truffle pops, parfaits and sugar cookies shaped like sailboats and sand dollars. Items were displayed on Plumeria's collection of vintage-inpired silver dessert stands.

Corporate Cake - Chik-Fil-A
This 2 tier buttercream cake was covered in fondant cow spots and red fondant ribbons. Cow artwork and signs were hand drawn. Cake was for a franchise's first year anniversary staff party.

Corporate Cookies
These sugar cookies were covered in icing glaze and textured fondant, stamped with a custom-made stamp with a corporate logo. The cookies were dusted in cocoa powder and luster dusts to resemble stone.
