This mini cake was covered in purple fondant to resemble this new princess' skirt. Ruffles were piped in white icing at the bottom of the dress. The cake topper was hand cut from fondant and the details hand drawn with edible markers. The matching cupcakes were topped with light purple buttercream and a sparkly purple chocolate jewel to resemble Sofia's "amulet" necklace.
