Phineas and Ferb Perry the Platypus Cupcakes

Phineas and Ferb birthday cupcakes in vanilla and chocolate chocolate chip, topped with vanilla buttercream.  Hand-cut Perry the Platypus characters out of fondant topped each cupcake.  Aren't they adorable?  He's a platypus... they don't do much.
