Barbie Accessories Birthday Cake

Cake is covered in white fondant with hot pink fondant zebra stripes.  Bow, lipstick, shoe, purse and earrings all molded from gumpaste and fondant.  Happy birthday plaque is molded chocolate with piped buttercream writing.
