Lego Ninjago Cupcakes

These cupcakes were topped with Ninjago Lego characters which were molded in chocolate.  I used my lego man chocolate mold, but then added extra chocolate to create the hood, facial features, and a little decoration on the chest.

James Bond 50th Birthday Cake "Casino Royale"

This chocolate chocolate chip cake was covered in white fondant  and topped with black stripes of fondant to resemble the James Bond movie logo.  The cake was decorated with hand-molded fondant poker chips, fondant dice, fondant martini olives and a "50" with the gun logo.

Vintage Suitcase Bon Voyage Cake

This cake was for a family who was moving to the East Coast.  It was made to look like a vintage suitcase with leather details and bronze hardware.  It was covered in fondant with all fondant details; metal details were brushed with gold luster.  The fondant labels were inspired by vintage travel stickers and were hand drawn with edible markers to represent places that the family had traveled.  The cake was champagne orange with vanilla custard filling.    

Winnie the Pooh Honey Pot Cake

This 2-tier buttercream covered cake was for a 2nd birthday for a twin brother and sister.  Pooh was hand molded from fondant, as were the bees and flowers.  The green vine detail was piped on with buttercream icing.  The honey was molded out of fondant and brushed with piping gel.

Peace Sign Tie Dyed Cupcakes

These banana chocolate chip cupcakes were topped with vanilla buttercream which was then "tie dyed" with the airbrush.  They were topped with fondant circles with hand-drawn peace signs.  

Mickey Mouse Cupcakes

Half of these cupcakes were topped with molded chocolate medallions with Mickey's face in white and red.  The other half were topped with black fondant ears.  Cupcakes were strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream and lemon cake with cream cheese icing.  

Lego Brick and Lego Men Cupcakes

These cupcakes were topped with lego bricks and lego men that were molded out of white chocolate in different bold colors.  $3 each.
