Sofia the First Cake and Cupcakes

This mini cake was covered in purple fondant to resemble this new princess' skirt.  Ruffles were piped in white icing at the bottom of the dress.  The cake topper was hand cut from fondant and the details hand drawn with edible markers.  The matching cupcakes were topped with light purple buttercream and a sparkly purple chocolate jewel to resemble Sofia's "amulet" necklace.

Corporate Cake - Chik-Fil-A

This 2 tier buttercream cake was covered in fondant cow spots and red fondant ribbons.  Cow artwork and signs were hand drawn.  Cake was for a franchise's first year anniversary staff party.

Teapot and Table Cake

Single tier cake was covered with a textured fondant "tablecloth" and topped with the teapot and teacup.  The teacup was a cupcake wrapped in fondant and topped with piping gel "tea".  The teapot was 2 mini cakes stacked and wrapped in fondant with a fondant spout and handle.  All flowers and gold details were hand painted on both pieces.  

Corporate Cookies

These sugar cookies were covered in icing glaze and textured fondant, stamped with a custom-made stamp with a corporate logo.  The cookies were dusted in cocoa powder and luster dusts to resemble stone.

Winter Holly Wedding Cake

Three tier buttercream cake features piped snowflakes and holly sprigs made of fondant.  Holly was brushed with luster dust for sheen.

2-tier fondant cake with fondant details and a chocolate number topper.  Doll and horse toys were added on at the party.
