Reptile Snake Cake
This cake was for a fifth birthday party with a visit from the "Reptile Man". The 2 tier cake was covered in lime green fondant and the vine pattern stenciled with the airbrush. The snake was molded from rice cereal treats and covered with textured fondant, then airbrushed to resemble an albino burmese python. [Note: this thing looked too real! It creeped me out! Not a snake girl.] The other animals (tarantula, skink, turtle, and frog) were all hand molded in gum paste, then airbrushed with layers of color.

Leap Year Birthday Frog Cake and Cookies
This leap year birthday party featured frogs (animals that leap!). On the cake, I covered the small rounds with brown textured fondant and topped the cake with a cupcake frog, which I covered in green fondant. Then I added details in fondant: molded legs and facial details. He even got a fun party hat (mimicking the invitation to the party). The party-goers all got a personalized sugar cookie in a bag with a bow with a tag reading "Thanks for coming to my Leap Year Birthday".
