This towering cake was a chocolate chocolate chip cake on the bottom, a tower made from rice cereal treats, and a red velvet cake on top. Bottom tier was covered in chocolate buttercream and "grass" piped in green buttercream icing. Tower was covered in fondant with texture detail. The wood archway details and the princess were hand molded. Rapunzel was hand painted. Vines were piped in icing and mini fondant flowers added. Roof tiles were cut from purple fondant and added around a sugar ice cream cone to top the tower.

This military inspired cookies & cream cake was covered in vanilla buttercream and camouflage fondant. "Semper Fi" sign was hand drawn with edible markers. Rope border and bullets were molded in fondant and painted with gold luster. Marine corp emblem was hand painted and the insignia in the center was hand molded in 3D and painted. Also included were the single gold bars signifying the rank of Second Lieutenant. Good luck Jamison! And thank you for your service to our country.

Cake was covered in white fondant with black fondant stripes and a hot pink band at the bottom. Purse and shoes were molded in gum paste and added to the cake. Edible glitter and luster dust were added to give a little sparkle.

Square cookies were covered in bright colored icing glaze in fun patterns. Dinosaurs cut from textured fondant were added and brushed with luster dust. Cookies were individually wrapped and given as favors.

This 4-layer chocolate chocolate chip cake was carved into a ship and covered with textured fondant. Fondant details (cannons, portholes, railings) were molded and added to the ship. Small cake scraps were covered with fondant for the shark and treasure chest. The pirate captain was hand molded from gumpaste and fondant, as were the the sails on the masts. Blue buttercream "water" was added to the cake board to finish off the cake.
